This site sets no cookies. That is the entire policy, but the details below explain what your browser does store and why you are not being asked to click anything.

- No consent banner, because there is nothing optional to accept or reject.
What this site stores
One thing: whether you picked the light or the dark theme. It is kept in your browser's local storage under a single key, read before the page paints so the theme does not flash, and never sent to the server. Local storage is not a cookie and is not attached to requests.
It is there because you asked for it by using the theme toggle, which is exactly the kind of storage that needs no consent. Clearing site data in your browser removes it and the site falls back to your system preference.
What Cloudflare may set
The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish real browsers from automated traffic and to remember that a security challenge was passed. These are security measures, not analytics: they carry no profile of you and are not used to track you between sites.

Why there is no banner
Consent is needed for storage that is not necessary to provide what you asked for. There is none on this site. A banner would offer you a choice between accepting nothing and rejecting nothing, while costing you a click and a covered paragraph.
If optional storage is ever added, a real choice appears with it, off by default. The absence of a banner is a statement about what runs here, not a shortcut.

The login cookie
Accounts are planned but not built. When they arrive, signing in will set a session cookie so the site knows it is still you between pages. It is strictly necessary, it appears only after you log in, and logging out clears it.
If a paid subscription ships alongside it, Paddle's checkout runs on Paddle's own domain under its own policy. Nothing about that plan involves advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and this page will say so plainly if that ever changes.
