This site is written and run by Marcin as a private individual, not a company. There is no support desk and no service level. It may be offline for a while; it may move; articles may be rewritten or removed. Contact: marcin.adroit.dev@gmail.com.

The articles, and the images and diagrams in them, are mine and stay mine. You are welcome to quote a paragraph or two with attribution and a link, to share links freely, and to use anything here in your own work and teaching.

What is not fine is republishing whole articles elsewhere, with or without my name on them, or repackaging the archive as someone else's content. If you want to translate a piece or reprint it somewhere, ask. The answer is usually yes.

Every code sample on this site is free to use, modify and ship, including in commercial work, with no attribution required and no licence to track. Treating them as public domain is close enough. They are illustrations of an idea, not a library.

They come with no warranty. Read them, understand them, and test them before they touch anything you care about. A snippet that worked in my environment against one version of a dependency is evidence, not a guarantee.

These are production notes. They are as accurate as I could make them on the day they were written, against the versions named in the text. Software moves and some of this will rot. If you find something wrong, tell me and I will fix it or say so in the article.

Nothing here is professional advice, legal, security or otherwise, and reading it creates no relationship between us beyond you having read it. Decisions about your systems are yours, and so are the consequences.

Links point to other people's sites and repositories. I do not control what happens there and take no responsibility for it.

Read it, share it, run a feed reader against the RSS feed. What I would rather you did not do is hammer the site with automated traffic, try to break into it, or scrape the whole archive to resell it. Requests may be rate limited or blocked if they look like abuse.

The site and everything on it is provided as it is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it or acting on something you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do, and continuing to read the site is how you accept the current version. Since nothing is being bought, there is nothing here you can be locked into.
